Matt Dunn is a partner in Arthur Cox’s Finance Department. He specialises in project and infrastructure finance, working closely with the firm's Infrastructure, Construction & Utilities Group on financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including PFI/PPP and real estate financings. He also has experience advising across a range of loan and bond financing transactions, including some of the largest cross-border acquisition financings in Europe in recent years.  He has recently advised BAM PPP on the refinancings of several PPP projects, as well as advising Irish and international lenders on the financings for onshore wind farms in Ireland and advising international investors in relation to the financing aspects of M&A transactions involving Irish conventional and renewable power assets. Matt was previously a partner at Clifford Chance in London where he advised borrowers and lenders on acquisition, infrastructure and project financings (including financings for: Macquarie’s purchase of TDC A/S (Danish telecommunications network operator); offshore emergency power projects in West Africa and Indonesia; tank storage terminal assets in Benelux and for the acquisition of M Group (infrastructure services provider in the UK and Ireland)). He also advised the Loan Market Association on its suite of leveraged finance documentation.
